How to use wet-dry eyeshadows to achieve saturated color intensity

Use your hand as a palette.
Start by misting water onto the back of your hand, then applying an eyeshadow brush to a small water droplet. We love Avene Thermal Spring Water. Less is more here! The brush should be damp, not saturated.

Create color intensity.
Using LOVECRAFT BEAUTY Palette Vol 1, apply the damp brush into eyeshadow. Achieve saturated intensity by repeating this process in layers.
