Instructions:
- Cut out your tattoo
- Peel off the clear cover sheet
- Place face down, and apply a damp cloth to the back until fully transferred onto skin
To Remove:
- Add rubbing alcohol or an oil-based makeup remover to a cotton pad and gently rub over the tattoo until removed
