Madrona Redhawk is an Indigenous multi-media artist, from the Choctaw, Creek and Shawnee tribes. Her parents, who are
leatherworkers using traditional methods, met at Haskell Indian Nations University (the only solely Indigenous University in the
US) on the first day of school. She is known for her unique approach to makeup which has been celebrated in Instagram,
Polaroid and Samsung campaigns. The buzz of Madrona’s magic work has been written about in Interview, Dazed, Flaunt, The
Cut, NY Magazine and Vogue Magazine. Her work has been displayed in museums and galleries in the US.
